Returns & Refunds

Durham Botanicals takes pride in selling and shipping the healthiest plants, using unique shipping procedures that ensure each plant arrives to you just as healthy as it was when it left us. For that reason, it is rare that any of our customers complain or request a refund. However, if you are unhappy and contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, Durham Botanicals will, at our discretion, either replace your order or refund your money. After contacting us to receive return approval, simply ship the plants back and we’ll send you new ones. If we cannot replace your order we will refund your money.
Durham Botanicals cannot accept returns for errors made by you when ordering, such as ordering the wrong items or providing an incorrect shipping address.
Durham Botanicals cannot take responsibility for damages caused by means outside of our control such as carrier mishandling.

Durham Botanicals cannot replace or refund your order after 5 days of receiving it, and is not responsible for damage or loss after arrival due to circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, improper plant care.
